PocketColourMe; is an ipaq 3850 fast or slow

I registered for PocketColourMe but am unsure which version to download- I would like to use the color wheel, but do not know if the ARM 206 is considered fast enough.

Any help would be appreciated.

This software was developed about 2 years ago, when a 206MHz processor iPAQ was by far the fastest PPC around. It still is, as the so-called 400MHz X-scale devices have proven rather less than impressive in speed. (Yes, I know, it's the software which needs optimization...)
So you might as well use the colour wheel. I did when I ran this on my 150MHz Casio EG-800, and before that on my 133MHz Casio E-115. No big deal. The colour wheel just took longer to update; a few seconds. And yes, slowness here is a bit frustrating. But how often will you use this? Not very, unless you are an obsessive device colour tinkerer.
