hi,
I´ve bought the emm module and was trying to use it with the o2 xda.
this does not work properly when e.g. trying to send an SMS. I can choose the service and enter an SMS but when sending it just disappears without having been sent...

is this a bug and/or beeing worked on ??

thanx

where did you get this module? what does it do?

As it happens, I'm looking for a way to get the email quicklaunch to display SMS messages as well as emails (I have a Jornada928)...

Hi - the module I´m talking about is the
"Enhanced Mail Module" by Snoopsoft itself. Just go to the snoopsoft homepage or to http://www.snoopsoft.com/dashboard/manual/mail.html
.

Thus replying and such stuff does not work yet properly (it is still being developed and just a beta) it´s a cool plugin for the dashboard!

Hi,

Can you provide me some more details on this? Does the EMM pull up and display the emails that you receive? And you're trying to reply to those?

I don't have one of these devices so I'll need some detailed steps/explanations to try and work through it.

Thanks!

Hi Chris,

OK, here some more detailed info :-)

The messages are displayed correctly, it´s just that when I try to reply to the message and then send the newly created message it only appears in the Outgoing Folder of ActiveSynch instead of the SMS outgoing folder. Thus it is never sent since the "TO:" filed contains a MSISDN instead of an email address.

I hope this helps ... If you need more info on the device or anything feel free to contact me ;-)
