Today Themes & Birthday Boy/Dashboard

Hi, I just bought your Dashboard program and love it. However, I have a couple of questions:

1) I also have Theme Dream (the automatic today theme rotator) and most of the Today Themes show up blacking out all info on the Dashboard - I have "Today Theme" skin set under the Dashboard skin option; and

2) Is there any way to view Birthday Boy for Today the same way on the Dashboard (as it was shown on Today) without having to purchase another Birthday Boy program?

Hi,

1. I will have to investigate this - rotating Theme's are new and I do not know how Dashboard would handle this change.

2. Check with the Birthday Boy folks - they make a Dashboard plugin so it would seem silly that you would have to purchase another BB just to get the integration with Dashboard. You COULD use our Today Module for Dashboard to display it, but the integrated Dashboard version of BB would be better.

THanks for the scoop:

a) Please let me know if you find out anything about the rotating themes. I have BOTH animated today AND Theme Dream so the Theme Dream thing was rotating my Today themes, both animated and non, but now some of the rotating themes are fine, some black out the words on dashboard (too dark maybe?) and some show 1/2 of an animated theme and 1/2 of a regular theme which really looks kinda screwy. Let me know what your thoughts are but for right now I have the Today screen doing the Animated/Theme Dream thing and I change the Dashboard skins manually;

b) I contacted Gigabytes and I do have to purchase Dashboard BB separately. They also suggested I contact Handango to maybe get a refund but since I've had it over a month or so I doubt that'll happen. Anyway, downloaded your Today module and will try and see how that looks and if it isn't they way I like I'll just go ahead and purchase the BB Dashboard.

Just downloaded the Today module and am using it in My Dash. Am I correct in assuming there isn't a way to view both the agenda w/tasks and Birthday Boy dates simultaneously?
