Why have you gone to this view?

Guys,
I have been checking in on your forums here for many months now and have really enjoyed the content. But since you changed the appearance of the forums, I find it very frustrating to navigate here... Why is it that you don't display dates/times associated with last post for each thread title? Without that info, you don't know if anything new has been posted... Don't take this the wrong way, I love the site... I just would like to have the additional info so I could know what's new and what's not...

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. From my perspective, all views do in fact show the latest post date and time for threads/posts beneath your current view. Are you referring to the PPC version?

What I mean is that at one level up from where we are now -- "Site Improvement" has no date or time information regarding latest posts. I do see it for individual posts (like your reply to me above). Unless I open a thread, I have no idea how current the info is. (I have set my profile up only to display threads from the last 5 days -- but that is the only way I have found to get any idea of when things were posted.)

This forum view/information changed a few months back -- all date and time info used to show up. I just don't like the current view (again one level up from here... or at the "pocketnow.com Discussion" level.)

BTW, I sent an email to info@pocketnow.com with a screen capture (attachment) from my PC that illustrates what I mean...

When you are logged in, and open the "Discussion Forum", on the top, near your name, is where it says something like....There have been xx new posts since your last visit...and an option to view only those new threads/posts.
Does this help any?

I've seen that and I guess it helps some... I just like the additional info that is available on most forums (besides this one) that gives "Replies (views)" and "Last Post date and time". That info used to be available here and I don't see why it isn't now...

Anyway, thanks for the reply. I guess I'll just give up on this, but I really makes a difference to me and doesn't seem very difficult to provide since most other sites do it...
