This is wild. :) However, your count seems a bit off. Besides Palm and Sony, Kyocera and Samsung make Palm OS phones, Garmin is making the iQue 3600 with integrated GPS, and there was Palm's recent announcement of two new licensees (one company in New Zealand, I think, and one in Silicon Valley making a gaming device).
There are probably more that I don't know about.
