Start Button Orientation

Is it possible for Dashboard or another program to place the start button on my Dell Axim screen at the bottom instead of at the top?

I'd like it more like the "Windows" Desktop where the start button is on the bottom left.

Any ideas or suggestions??

I know this is possible... There was a game I use to play on my pocket pc. If I could remember the name I would tell you. Anyway when ever the game would run it would push my taskbar to the bottom of the screen start button and all... whether this was a bug or not, it did do it. Note that the command bar which is normally on the bottom would just disappear all together.
very odd.

You know when win95 first came out I found it super difficult to get used to the navigation bar (start bar) being on the bottom :p
