Fade Support in ColourMe

I'm running ColourMe on an Intermec 6651 (HPC2000), but I can't seem to make the toolbars at the top of the window fade, nor the start bar. Is there a way to enable color fading in ColourMe on HPC2000? (WinCE 3.0)
