SDIO Camera With Flash

After Gerard's scathing review of the Pretec Compact Flash camera, I thought an alternative might be in order.

LifeView has announced a 1.3 megapixel SDIO camera with a built-in flash. See the article for more information.

Well that's alright for anyone with an SD I/O capable slot! For us poor folk stuck with pre-39xx iPAQs and other arcane devices, that lovely looking camera is not an option, as it simply won't work (rumours of upgradable slots to the contrary of course, but those have faded and been dismissed).

So, the same outfit as make this new SD camera also have a CF slot model, which I'd very much like to try... if someone gives it to me. It's due July 1st apparently, here:

I'm done buying cameras that don't work for now. Too broke, and too disillusioned. And of course, I am fairly happy with my lovely little $49 HP camera. But this one looks identical to the SD model, so it should be about the same for us CF I/O types. Would work nicely in my MemPlug dual sleeve, I think. Review samples anyone? Hint...
