Handspring is beginning to show off their up and coming Treo 600 Smartphone.
It seems that they have really gone ahead and packed the features in this time around:
-Smaller and narrower form factor
-Palm OS 5 running on an ARM processor
-Fully integrated QWERTY keyboard
-New web browser that allows you to surf any web site—including JavaScript enabled sites—and supports software downloads
-Built-in Digital Camera
-Built-in SD/MMC expansion (with SD I/O Support)
It seems that Palm based handheld makers have been making very agressive strides when it comes to adding modern features to their devices.
Will this device bring genuine competition to Microsoft-based wireless devices like Pocket PC Phones and Smartphones-- or is it too little too late?
