Dashboard but using Today Screen as background

i've just had to reinstall Dashboard. I used to have the today screen as my background, with dashoard functionality on top. now all I can get is the beige background!!
Can anyone help me change this?

[Don't Panic!]

Click on the Settings Icon. Go to Skins tab. Choose "Today Theme" That should do it. What version are you using?

There could be a few reason to why you only see 1 today theme.
I think the most likely reason is you do not have the themes located in you my documents folder or the windows folder.
if the today theme is part of a dashboard theme that loads it automatically. You should run the dashboard theme once then you should be able to see the today theme. Dashboard copies the themes from the dashboard directory to the my documents folder where it needs to be in order for it to be seen.

I have a similar question with a twist. I have d/l a few hundred themes for the today screen. I also use the Samsugn I700 with PPCPE 2002.

I want to be able to used Dashboard for the look, feel and features, but don't want to start all ovver again with today themes. Can I use my theme mgr (Theme Master Plus) and the themes I have in its folder but use Dashboard?

Hi,

Yes, just set the Today Theme you want on the Pocket PC and set the Dashboard skin to <Today Theme> which will cause Dashboard to use the current Today Theme on the device and not use a skin. This gives you the best of both.

I just installed dashboard v1.5. I have an ipaq 5555. I can't seem to get journal bar to work or theme switcher. Can any one help?
