Chris,
Again, I ordered DB from HandanGo. Where do I get the latest beta release? Please forward a link to this site.
Also,
I purchased the EMM, as you know the message content does not show when displaying POP3 mail, neither does the preview feature. Both work fine when using EMM to display active sync inbox. Have you had a fix for this? Please advise.

I found the order lookup page. Sorry for the inconvenience. I still need to hear from you on the EMM problem.

Hi,
Download the new EMM from the Order Lookup page and it should fix the POP problem you are having. You may not have seen it earlier as i hadn't updated the database with the EMM orders until recently.
Thanks!

Chris,
I can tell you, you've got one more satisfied customer. The new EMM works fine. I see you also added a delete button, a feature i really liked. Hope you get the chance to add a preview pane sometime in the near future. Thanks

Chris,
While I was using EMM to read Yahoo messages, I got an error message "An unhandled error has occurred in the shell. Attempting to restart the shell". Then my ipaq did a soft reset. From that point, browsing my Yahoo email using the green arrows (next/previous) kep crashing repeatedly. This does not happen if I use it to browse active sync inbox. It looks like the next/prvious button functionality gets stuck on a certain message after which it hangs. I couldn't verfiy though. Most of them the Ipaq resets itself. I reinstalled the EMM modules but didn't work. I use DB Beta2 with EMM Beta2. Any ideas?

It sounds like one of the messages in your Yahoo mail is giving the EMM fits. It's an EMM problem but will be hard to reproduce because of the way mail messages can be so different.
Thanks for testing that out!

So,
What's the plan? I'm currently using EMM only with active sync inbox mail. For yahoo, I had to use PPC built inbox (using services) to check it. This problem repeats itself everytime I use EMM to check Yahoo mail. It also occurs with several messages. I hate not to use the improved features of EMM, but with an error like this I cannot reset unit everytime I check my Yahoo. Is there a fix, workaround, anything? Please advise.

Hi I just purchased dashboard through Handango and the order lookup page does NOT work for me. This is getting really really annoying as I need the latest beta for my new pocket 2003 device. I already sent an email to snoopsoft, but they have not responded in three days.

Hi,
Sorry about that but only so much time in the day for me and I hate having an unstable beta out there which is what is happening now so I've been spending all my time tracking down some of these issues.
I plan on getting the order lookup stuff up to date tonight so if you've sent me a message recently look for a response tonight or early tomorrow morning.
Thanks!

Hi,
Just to update everyone. I was able to get a backup from someone that exhibited this problem and it took a very long time to track it down but I have been able to fix it.
The next beta, which should be out early next week, will have a new EMM to address this issue.
Thanks!

Chris will this new EMM beta support PPC2003? I don't have the option at all when using the latest Dashboard beta (.32), but it works great with registered version 1.51. I'm using a 2215.

I found an interesting work around to what I thought was a problem. I reinstalled 1.51 and chose the EMM, then I installed the latest Snoopsoft Dashboard beta on top of that. Now I have EMM with the latest beta on a PPC2003 device. I'm using it to look at the POP3 account I created in Activesync. Very handy plug-in, now how about HTML support? j/k.

Hi,
Why don't you download the Pocket PC 2002/2003 Beta version on the Order Lookup page? That should install just fine on your 2003 device.
Thanks!

v2.0.032 Beta.
If you just purchased it yesterday, go to the Order Lookup page and get the latest beta. It may take a couple of days for Chris to add it to your download profile.

For the mail Module eitel, the mail module. You go to the options page Mail tab, highlight the enhanced e-mail module then click on the options button. It shows you a version number. Anyway I'm sure Chris will update The EMM order lookup soon.
