PPC2003 version of Enhanced Mail Module?

I'm a registered user of Dashboard 1.51, but have not purchased the enhanced mail module yet. Is the EMM now part of the DB v2 betas? If I purchase the EMM, will a PPC2003 compatible v2 beta of it show up on the Order Lookup page?
