Problems persist w/Journal Bar 1.4

I was hoping that my soft reset problem with Journal Bar and DB 2.035 and WM2003 was going to be resolved with version 1.4 of Journal Bar 1.4 but it persisted.

Chris, did you get in touch with Omegaone to let them know that some people were having this problem ( if you really think that it is a bug in Journal Bar )?

It is really annoying that I have these random resets besides the ones after changing skins or today plug-in's options...

I believe your post is in the wrong forum.
I think you need to contact the developer of Journal Bar. Keep in mind that Chris is the Developer of Dashboard. The makers of Journal Bar are however well aware of the issues their users are experiencing.

No, I know that the problem is Journal Bar's issue. But I started experiencing it after downloading and installing Bashboard 2.0 beta 34. That means there is a problem that makes the Journal Bar issue even worse since I never got a soft reset with Journal Bar alone. This is why I was asking Chris :)

Hi,

I have not seen any soft-reset issues with Journal Bar installed outside of changing the skin. If you have a reproducible scenario that I can debug with this I'd be glad to take a look at it.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about Journal Bar - I run it even though it's a little unstable still (but much more stable than when PPC 2003 first came out). So I'm as interested as anyone to make sure that Dashboard is not causing any issues in this area.
