Here's a new Windows CE.NET based web tablet for mobile computing. It's got an 8.4” screen, WiFi support, Transmeta™ TM5600 processor 500MHz, 128Mb RAM, PCMCIA type II, USB ports, Firewire, Ethernet port, 56K modem and IrDA. Since it runs on Windows CE.NET it's also got Internet Explorer 5.5, however it sounds like Windows CE doesn't come with slimmed down versions of PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook anymore. It only includes Word, along with PowerPoint and Excel viewers. That's not cool. Maybe this is something determined by the OEM?
