I use my Pocket PC as a flashlight to check on my kids at night. Maybe not all that unique, but certainly not what I had in mind when I bought it.

And, I use it to review Java code for engineers on my staff when I'm stuck in meetings.

The most unique use I have is for creating Pocket PC themes on my Pocket PC!

I use mine to keep track of mixed drinks behind the bar. (I'm a bartender.)
