Dashboard Mini Launcher

Hi - just what is the dashboard mini launcher?

I've selected it on numerous occasions to show up in different views whether they be Agenda, Tasks etc. but still see nothing different on my screen either with or without the mini launcher being selected.

A mini launcher walkthrough would be very helpful and much appreciated.

Side issue - what is everyone's opinion of Pocket Informant or Agenda Fusion - i.e. what is the most user friendly/functional/can either of them be set to completely replace the inbuilt calendar/tasks/contact management apps. or will they still run alongside either of these programs?!

Use an explorer type program to create shortcuts in the mini launcher folder located under program files\snoopsoft\dashboard
then enable it.;)

You mean you have to create shortcuts for EVERY program you want in your mini launcher?? That sounds impractible... please clarify, thanks!

I'm having the exact same problem as the starter of this thread... i can't seem to get minilauncher to show up in any of my page views.

Once you create the first shortcut & place it in the minilauncher folder, the mini launcher will be visible & you can then add new shortcuts directly from the mini launcher.

You do not have to create new shortcuts for the Minilauncher. I used Resco File Explorer (or you could use the built-in File Explorer) to copy the existing shortcuts from under \Windows\Start Menu to DB's Minilauncher folder.
