mov Software, with their imov Messenger software (using Jabber - an opensource Instant Messaging client in and of itself, but also able to use "Transports" to connect to other services such as MSN Messenger, or ICQ) to take mobile messaging to the next level.

What port(s) does it use? If you can use it over port 80, then you can probably use it with the $5 T-Mobile USA unlimited T-Zones add-on. Currently, MSN messenger doesn't work over port 80 even if you change it in the registry. AOL IM allows you to change the port in the setup dialog though, so that will work fine.

I believe it uses standard Jabber ports (which isn't port 80).

Hi,
I have read the article about IMOV Messenger and understand that if you connect to "Jabber.com", you will not be able to connect to other IM services such as MSN and Yahoo. So which server should I log in then?
Please help..
Thanks
