Enhanced Mail problem

I am using the latest version of Dashboard (2.047) and just purchased the Enhanced Mail module from Handango, which resulted in my downloading a file called "dashboardv2045_mail.zip".

I installed that and it simply does not work. When I click on the Inbox to change from my ActiveSync inbox to my personal POP3 service, I get a white screen. The window/screen title is "Mail Folders", but it's just a blank white screen. I have to hit the OK button to get back to my Dashboard screen, but obviously no change was made to the inbox location.

Another quirk, which may be related, is that if I go to the options for Dashboard_MailFull.dll, and click on the "Signatures" button, I find that there are NO selections in the Service drop down list. It is empty.

Someone please tell me that I did not just throw away $10 for nothing. :(

No offense, especially since Dashboard itself is a great product -- and I will continue to recommend it to my friends and associates -- but, I'm incredibly disappointed with the Enhanced Mail module that I bought a week ago. To put it simply: it never worked.

Being that there is no "customer service" number to call and being that it's been a week and I still haven't gotten any information on here on why it's not working and how to get it to work, I'm sure no one can blame me for being at a point now where I will contest the $10 credit card charge.

If a working version is ever provided, I'll be glad to shell out the $10. Until then, I am very disappointed with the subpar module being sold before it's really ready.

Sorry Paul - it's a quirk of Pocket PC 2003 because the exact same mailbox pulled to a Pocket PC 2002 device works just fine. It's also not easy to reproduce or I would have a complete fix out by now for it.

If you download the 2.0.047 update for your mail module that did fix some of the issues but apparently not all. I'm still trying to isolate the remaining cases but not having a lot of luck.
