All Pocket PCs treat appointment start times as being relative to GMT, Greenwich Mean Time. So let's say you fly from Texas' Central Time Zone to Michigan's Eastern Time Zone, you would show up an hour early to your appointments. PI Correct Time adjusts your appointments for you with a tap of a button.

The documentation gives the following example: "if you have an area code change for everyone in your area due to an area code split or your company changed names - you can now make those changes easily and quickly."
Alex and company are great, but what I really wondered was "why didn't they put that in Pocket Informant?" :D That's a PIM tool and just had another release, so why couldn't it have these capabilities.

I understand that Correct Time isn't intended for just Pocket Informant users, though, and the Global Search & Replace and Global Delete tools could be useful to Pocket Outlook users, too.

My only real wish is to have the appointment times change automatically. For instance, when I change the time on the Pocket PC, have PI Correct Time automatically make the changes.
I agree that would be nicer. The Pocket PC events database allows programs to be run when the time gets changed, so why couldn't this run automatically? (Maybe because they couldn't guarantee it would be run after something else?)

However, my biggest problem with this program is that it's really going against how Outlook and Pocket Outlook work. We're already discussing this in another thread (http://discuss.pocketnow.com/showthread.php?threadid=15979), so I won't rehash the issues here. However, if you think you need a program like this, please check that thread out first.
