Problem switching categories / unloading plugins

Hi

I experience a problem using dashboard. I set up the Apps-View with various plugins (PocketMon by Spritesoftware and Weathertoday by Vintage Slots). When I switch from Agenda View to Apps View all is fine. When I switch back, the plugins I use in Apps view overlay the Agenda view. I have to hit the config-button and in the config menu the ok button, than the "old" plugins disappear and all is fine. The task, mail and MyDash views have the same problem.

I hope, I am not the only one with this and even more, someone could tell me a solution.

No you are not alone. I am having the same problem as I mentioned in another thread (Dashboard and SE). However, I did notice that once Dashboard gets "used" to these plug ins, the refresh rate is much quicker. Another thing you can try is to switch around plug ins For example, if you have Pocket plus under My Dash, move it to other application say launcher. I fiddled with some plug ins and can say Pocket Plus slows down the system considerbly. PI Today, Message (inbox), Journal Bar , Agenda etc.seems to refreshing and loading properly ONLY when Pocket Plus is not loaded. Not much help but thought of sharing my experience with you. BTW, I am using Toshiba e805 in VGA version.

Thanks a lot - this was the key

reordering the plugins in the Apps-view solved the problem. It seems that some plugins dont meet some specs to load/unload properly.
