Icon/Font Problem New Release

I am having the same problem with the same icons you mentioned. They sem to stay at the large size and overlap the icons below them.

Hi Chris, I am having a display problem with a few of the app icons in the launch area of your new verision of DB.

The small icons (> & \/ font views) of Shadowgate, BoyanCrystal & a couple of others do not size properly. In the ^font view they are fine, but that is a bigger icon view. This larger icon, in the ^view, is what I see in the other views.

Are there any settings I can adjust to correct this?

Chris, contrary to my mail yesterday, I really do think this is a problem. I detailed the problem in my post above and what really makes me think it is a bug is because it renders properly in the small icon only view.

Any thoughts?

Actually, I'm beginning to think that it's a problem with the PocketPC OS calls that I'm making. I'm specifically asking for an icon of the proper size, but the OS is pulling out this weird icon. If the app forgot to define a proper icon I would think that the OS call would return nothing at all - not return something *else* that was not requested... http://www.pocketnow.com/ubb/smile.gif

I've got this fixed by coding a different draw routine that only displays the width/height for an icon as the PocketPC OS has it defined. This seems to be what the other OS call is doing - the one that has the shortcut arrows on it.

I'll have the release out a bit later today.
