Tribalfusion pop up?!?

I like coming to this site for the great info and forums, but lately you have had a Tribalfusion pop up ad that is seriously intrusive. Normally pop up ads will be blocked by either IE or Googles pop up blocker, but this one manages to pop up anyhow.

I understand advertising is important to the survival of the site. But a pop up ad, especially a pop up ad that bypasses my blockers is quite intrusive and has led me to come much less frequently to the site.

Indeed we now have a few pop-ups - I don't tend to notice them because of my blocker.

I'll try to kill the pop ups, although they may be part of the advertising package.
