I like the ui better than pocket contacts and pocket calendar but it will sit unused if my exchange server outlook and informant don't sync using activesync. Please confirm yes or no does it support activesync in the same manner as contacts and calendar?

I think you're misunderstanding how Pocket Informant works. Pocket Informant uses the same databases that the built-in Calendar, Contacts and Tasks applications do, so anything viewable in them will be viewable in Pocket Informant. In other words, Pocket Informant will "work" with ActiveSync, but it doesn't really do anything with ActiveSync at all. I believe the same is true for most of the PIM replacements (like Agenda Fusion).
Pocket Informant also uses additional databases for PI-unique items (like the Journal), which may be ActiveSync'd as files.

P.S. Please don't start new threads in the Pocketnow Reviews forum; I think that's really reserved for reviews we post. I've moved your post to the Support Center forum, where it's more appropriate.
