I don't know why you're mad. Did somebody trick you into getting a Chinese unit instead of an English unit?

Anyway, changing languages is not easy. One of the best resources for hacking Pocket PC Phones is XDA Developers (http://forum.xda-developers.com/front_page.php), so I recommend checking there.
