Ipaq 3835 ROM upgrade to Pocket PC 2003

i know i'm back in the stone age, but i would like to find, beg, borrow or buy an upgrade for my ipaq 3835 to the pocket pc2003. The long and short of it is, I need to upgrade my microsoft reader so that i can access some of my new books on my ipaq.

i can't download the latest reader on pocket pc2002.

anybody know where i can get the pktpc2003 upgrade cd since HP doesn't sell them anymore? I've searched ebay with no luck.

You could try eBay and see if anybody is selling the discs. Beware of a company called "Works of Oz", though. They aren't actually selling the upgrade, but instructions on how to find the upgrade.

You could also probably try Googling iPAQ 3835 Windows 2003 upgrade and seeing what you find there. I found one company selling upgrades, although I'm not sure I'd trust them (as they're probably not authorized to distribute them).
