Help!!!!
I recently got a qtek 9100 off ebay and in last week and used it to replace my cell and pda. This morning I set password to lock after inactivity. That was easy, however not it is not accepting password I used. I can not use phone or access my schedule and have not sync to computer in couple days. I have appointment etc only on unit. Help how do I get out of this problem.

Have you ever had the password work, or was this the first time you tried? If it worked before (or even if it hasn't), make sure you haven't accidentally gotten into some shift-lock state. If that doesn't work, put it in shift-lock in case you entered your password like that.

If the device has an alt-lock capability (for numeric enteries, for example), try activating and deactivating that, too.
