Axim X51v takes forever to backup

I just purchased an Axim X51v. Synching (AS 4.2) has worked ok - although I don't like that I can't manually sync instead of automitically. Using the backup program takes forever. I entered the backup program 30 minutes ago and it is still "thinking" about what needs to be backed up. I haven't even been able to select backup yet because it is still working. When it is in this "stalled mode" I can't do anything else. What is wrong? Is there another program I can use to backup all my data?

I don't have a Dell, so I don't know who wrote that program. Check any About information in the program to see who created it and maybe they can help you.

If you also post who wrote it here, we'll have a better chance of recommending alternatives.
