I have wirelessly synced my WM5 device to office exchange 2003 server. I do get new emails, and it does show the list of folders in my outlook, but it wont download the emails in each folder... only the new ones in my inbox. I want them all to show up as they are in my outlook folders.
I sync my email wirelessly, and my contacts/calendar through USB. (Just FYI)
Also, is there a way I can set my email up to store these emails on my SD card instread of on my phone's memory?
Thanks.

As far as I know, ActiveSync only syncs one folder, and it's been this way forever. You can't sync multiple Contacts folders, either, for example.
My Motorola Q doesn't even show any other folders. I've always had folders at the same level as Inbox that held mail, and those never synced. I just tried creating a subfolder in Inbox, and that didn't sync, either.

Yes, but it involves a registry hack. If you're still interested, let me know and I'll try to find it if you can't.
By the way, you didn't say what device you have and whether it's a Pocket PC or Smartphone. It probably doesn't matter in this case, but you should always give those details when asking for help just in case.

UPDATE: OK, I'm wrong. I just found out that you can sync multiple folders. Do the following:
Go into ActiveSync on your PC.
Right click E-mail.
Click on Settings....
Click the Select Folders... button.
Select the folders you want to sync.
I just tested that and it seems to work for any folders, not just those under Inbox.
I don't use Outlook for E-mail in general, so I don't know if this is something new in ActiveSync 4.x or if I was getting mail folders mixed up with some other type of folders.
NOTE: I only tested this with a USB sync on my PC. I didn't (and don't believe that I can) try syncing directly with an Exchange server.
