If what you are saying about the headset is true, then I can't see this being a success. I have problems with wired headsets to begin with, especially while driving. I find the wires to be almost as distracting as if i didn't have a headset at all.

One of your pros for the Ety-Com is its voip adapter. Could you tell me more about it? Can it output stereo sound to a stereo headset to listen to stereo music?
