The Kaiser continues the evolution of the side-sliding keyboard form factor made famous by the HTC Wizard several years ago.
It seems that there's not much of a difference between the Kaiser and the 3G Hermes besides the addition of GPS and a different case design. It's tough to tell from the image, but it looks like the Kaiser may be a bit thinner than the Hermes. I'd love to see Hermes internals (fast processor, 3G, WiFi) in an HTC Herald's body (which is only 18mm thick versus 22mm for the Hermes). Maybe this is the one.
