HTC Roadmap for 2007: The Wings

The HTC Wings is an evolution of the HTC Vox (http://www.engadget.com/2006/12/13/htc-vox-s710-smartphone-revealed/), meaning it's a Smartphone with dual keypads, numbers and QWERTY. The difference between the Wings and the Vox is that the Wings adds GPS and a front-facing camera for 3G video telephony.

I really like the concept of the front number pad with slide out keyboard. However, how do you navigate with the keyboard closed? I don't see a D-pad or joystick. With the WM Smartphone the screen isn't touch sensitive, so how do you move the cursor around. Am I missing something?

That's a very, very good question. My only guess is that the number keys will be used as a DPad, hence the dual coloration.
