You are out and about listening to your iPod. While you're rocking, your receive an incoming call. Since you already have a headset on, you have to pause the iPod, remove the headset and then answer the phone with (GASP!) the actual handset instead of a Bluetooth headset. By the time you are done juggling the two devices and the headphones, the incoming call has gone to voicemail. abra thinks they have the solution with their new BT 325s Dual Connection Bluetooth Headset. Read on to see how it performed!

Although the connection to the mobile phone is via Bluetooth, the connection to your music player is via a 3.5mm headset plug. That's right, since most music players do not have Bluetooth you need a wired connection to the music player. Someday, we will be wireless!
Bah! Why not do what other vendors do and make the unit support A2DP for those of us with Bluetooth audio devices and include a connecting cord for use with audio players that don't support A2DP?

I'm sure it would cost a bit more, but there's no way I'd buy this without A2DP support. Of course, I don't use an iPod, so I'm probably not in their target market.

Yeah - you guessed it, Steve. Adding A2DP to a unit of such a small size could easily double the price.

I think Jabra realized that there were already other solutions out there for people with an A2DP device... they were trying to create a new product category. I think they have good market potential here... they just need to address this device's flaws.
