NEC's PDA

Have you seen pictures and specs of NEC's new PDA (/detailed.shtml?db=news&ID=161) yet? Any opinions or suggestions so far? What do you think about the possibility of it having a custom GUI (like Casio's BE-300) rather than the Pocket PC OS?

I received an email from NEC. They said that the OS for their handheld will be "Windows CE based." Not that when they say "based" they did not say "Windows CE 3.0." So they may very well be leaning towards a custom GUI like Casio.
