Phonescoop (http://www.phonescoop.com/news/item.php?n=2427) is reporting that FCC Chairman Kevin Martin wants to make some revisions to the 700 MHz rules in light of Verizon Wireless' opposition to the open spectrum auction, which would have enabled non-wireless parties like Apple and Google to get into the wireless game.
