It looks like HTC is beefing up their devices. According to Engadget Mobile (http://www.engadgetmobile.com/2007/11/12/htc-said-to-be-planning-2-3-android-based-handsets-next-year/), HTC will release 2-3 Android-based handset in 2008. In addition, they will create a better user experience and offer a user interface that is "better than its current TouchFLO technology."
I am definitely interested to seeing this new user interface. With the T-Mobile Shadow (http://pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=news&id=4645) getting a customized home screen that can mimick and rival featurephones and the carousel (http://pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=news&id=4606) user interface announced for WM Standard 6.1, smartphones seem to look and feel more easier to use.
Add Google's Android (http://pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=news&id=4701) platform which looks like a miniaturized Aero-interface and you have some interesting phones coming out from HTC.
