Carriers are slowly beefing up the memory on their branded HTC Touch devices. The new devices will sport 128 MB RAM and 256 MB ROM, which seems like the new HTC standard these days.
According to the::unwired (http://www.theunwired.net/?item=revised-t-mobile-upgrades-t-mobile-mda-touch-ram-and-rom-memory-update), T-Mobile UK and Germany will now sell the T-Mobile MDA Touch in the new memory configurations. O2 Germany had already begun offering the Xda Nova under similar specifications for about a week now.
The HTC Touch is the first slim, sleek Windows Mobile 6 Professional device that sports the TouchFLO interface. The Touch has been available in Europe for some time now and recently Sprint picked the device up as the exclusive US carrier.
