In Part 1 of the X800 video review, I go over the hardware of the device. Something that bothers me is how recessed the screen is. It allows dust and debris to get caught in the seam, and it also takes away from the beauty of the VGA screen.

I've been having a lot of problems with the X800. First, it randomly hard reset on me (and after 2 hours of configuration, I wasn't happy to see this happen). And now, all of my Start Menu entries are gone, so I cannot access any programs beyond what is linked to from the Today screen or hardware buttons. I'm waiting to hear back from E-TEN before I proceed to recording Part 2 of this video review series, but so far, the device seems buggy, though it could be the ROM or something that I'm doing.
