If you haven't noticed,we upgraded to vBulletin 3.7 recently. It has a lot of cool new features -- thread tagging, anti-spam, user-modifiable profiles, social networking, etc.
Check out the list of features in the vBulletin forum (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=249460).
If you're posting a new thread, please make sure you add tags to the forum thread. Here are some examples that I've used:
For hardware, include the manufacturer name, device name and/or number and the carrier, if applicable. For example, the Verizon Wireless XV6900 might be tagged as "verizon, 6900, touch". Note the use of Verizon instead of the full name (Verizon Wireless), 6900 instead of the full model number (XV6900) and "Touch" because this is based on the HTC Touch. Also include the type of device (phone, keyboard, GPS, etc.).
For software, include the developer's name, program title and maybe version. Also include the type of program (search, media player, database, GPS, navigation, etc.).
Include other interesting tags. For example, I've used "video", "review", "update", "upgrade", "unboxing" and "announcement".
Using tags will make finding stories easier and take full advantage of the tagging feature.
