Finally someone has figured out how to get the Samsung Omnia widget interface to work on the HTC TyTN II! That said, it could indeed work on any WinMo Pro device - and I'm testing it on another device right now to see if that's the case.

Though I never found much use for the widgets (missing are the all important weather/stocks/next appointment widgets), some of you may like the concept of a dynamic Today screen.

The process to do this involves a few steps, so if you're interested, check out the thread at XDA-Devs (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=417825) for more info. Thanks for the tip, Rizzo!

I guess I'll have to find out the hard way if this works with vga.

Well, the D3D driver does help on my 9502, but all the other (rediculously large) cabs are no good for VGA. They do work, but they appear tiny. I'm not sure what real use the D3D driver is going to be.

Is it usable?

The plugin? Since it only takes up 1/4 of the screen, not really. Everything seems to work though.
