dashboard doesn't replace Today

I got Dashboard installed (sort of) on my Jornada and plan to register **nice application**.

My only problem is that dashboard did not replace Today. I have to run it separately. I think that I followed the instructions in the readme exactly. I went the START | SETTINGS | TODAY plug-in and moved the Dashboard program up as far as it would go and check it. I then uncheck everything else and clicked OK. Dashboard did not show up but Today is now a blank screen.

Dashboard can be run from START | PROGRAMS | DASHBOARD, but I would prefer to have it replace Today. What did I do wrong and how do I fix it?

Did you make sure to soft-reset your device after setting it up?

Hi Scott. Buying the registered version and installing fixed things up very nicely. This is a great app! My kids liked the peanuts theme.
