Why doesn't he title bar change?

I just bought snoopsoft dashbard and downloaded a few skins. But I have a problem. When I load the skins the default Title bar ans task pane remain. So, I don't seem to get the "full effect". I've tried to change the settings on the SETTINGS | TODAY area by pushing dashboard to the top but Date and Today title bar options are still above it and won't go down.

I have a iPaq 3670....

Did you uncheck everything except Dashboard? Sometimes you also need to do a soft reset.

I too have the same problem. The title bar at the top containing the "Start" menu and the clock stays the same and does not change. I have gone to the Today settings in the control panel and unchecked everything except for Dashboard. I have also moved Dashboard up on this list as much as I can. I still am unable to see the skin's new toolbar/taskbar.... any suggestions?

I think you are confusing dashboard with wisbar. This is a simple mistake since many of the skins you see at wincustomize have both shown. Dashboard only skins the "middle" portion of the screen. The top (where Start and the time are shown) will remain the same unless you add the free software Wisbar. This changes the top bar and adds new butons & functionality. On many of the skins they have continued the theme so that the Wisbar skin is a logical extension of the dashboard skin.

So get Wisbar and for those skins that support both you will get the look you are after.
