Bottom bar with "New" on it

Just wondering why I see skins that appears to cover up the bottom bar, yet all of mine do not. I am using the xprc2 skin with the registered version.

I have the Casio EM-500. All the rest including Wisbar seems to work fine.

I think PocketBlinds can skin the lower menu bar, but I'm not sure if other programs can do that or not...
