I am a registered Dashboard user who just downloaded and installed v1.3.001 (I did a complete uninstall of the previous version prior to installation). Everything seems to work fine except for a problem with Launcher. I use the Launcher view with the small icon and program names. All the shortcuts for the programs on the first page work fine. However, when I go to subsequent pages (i.e., page 2 or 3), all the shortcuts revert the shortcut for the first shortcut on page one. This is true even though the icons and the paths are correct for the different programs. I hope this is clear to you. For example, the first icon on page 1 of my Launcher is AOL Mail. All the shortcuts on page 1 work. However, if I click on any shortcut on page 2 or 3, it opens AOL Mail. I know the shortcuts are properly set up because if I delete one of the shortcuts from page 1, the first shortcut that was previously on page 2 moves to page 1 and works perfectly. As soon as the same shortcut moves back to any other page, it opens AOL Mail (or whatever the first shortcut in Launcher is). This is obviously not satisfactory. Also, if I change the Launcher view to just the small icon so that ALL the icons fit on page 1, then they all work fine. Please advise what I can do to correct this. Thank you.

I have a similar problem:
When I was in the tasks section and edited some tasks everything was fine.
When I afterwards changed to the agenda view and clicked on a task (they are grouped by date) Dasboard didn't open the task displayed on the Today Screen but the one which was located on the same space on the screen on the Tasks View.
After pushing the refresh button everything was back to normal.
It seems that even though the correct items were displayed the links to the displayed items weren't refreshed.
This is still happenip now with the newest version running on PKPC 2002.
The Launcher problem coudl have the same cause.

Hope this helps to fix it!

Cheers,
Dennis

The only difference I can see in the two problems is that my problem with launcher is not even corrected momentarily by a soft reset.

Hi,

Thanks for the report - I'm not sure how I managed to break this since the Launcher code wasn't really modified for this release, but obviously, something has changed.

I am looking into this now for you and will get it fixed in the next update. Looks like there are a few oddities that I need to fix such as the 'Active Tasks' list so I hope to have another update available later this month.

Thanks for the detailed reports!
