this is now my third request. I've sent emails to support@snoopsoft.com and have received no reply. I've posted here before only to receive the above reply and no action. Please, I am a registered user and would simply like to have the email I received this weekend resent to me.

Sorry for the delay, I left town on the 11th after clearing out mail emails and email delivery was very spotty while I was away. I'm back now but have a backlog of many, many emails to get through. I've just sent you off a note with the update info so please let me know if you do not receive it.
