OK, this may sound strange but I'm in a hard spot. I received the upgrade email this weekend but I had serious computer problems and have lost all my email. Can anyone email me the link to the new upgrade download site?

I can show proof that I purchased the software and I am a registered user. I've emailed support@snoopsoft.com and posted to this board and have gotten no response from them. Has anyone else encountered the same problem as far as lack of response?

Hi Tom,

I've sent you another one just now - as to lack of response, all I can say is 'sorry'. I'm usually much more responsive as long as I can get to emails. I have a ton to go through after returning from traveling so it may take some time.

Please let me know if you do not get the email.
