Tigrex is using an image "stolen" from "Calvin and Hobbes," Watterson's late and lamented series on their web site.

I agree, it's great. With the proper software there are only two games I know of that would require you to set stylus on screen. (Rocket Elite and Crystal Quest use the offset from your current positions to the stylus to set direction and speed.)
