doesn't the IR feature iin ppc2002 now do this anyway?

The IR function in Pocket PC 2002 allows you to beam Contacts, Appointments, Tasks, and e-mail to another Pocket PC or Palm OS device. PeaceMaker Pro's a little more robust, especially when it comes to lap-top beaming.

Also PeaceMaker Pro works with all Windows CE machines where PPC2K2 is, of course, just for ARM-based Pocket PCs.
