Having coded in dBase, FoxPro, Access, and a whole slough of dedicated languages, I'd say no-code is definately the way to go for the vast majority of DB apps these days. (Generally, if you think you have to code, you haven't thought it through well enough.) I love coding, but it's so much nicer and less bug-laden to have the program do the work for you.

I'm looking forward to reading your articles and seeing how the current Pocket PC DB apps stand up.
