:( I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for the next Handheld PC. MS seems to have all but given up on the format. Sure they have a very pretty web site dedicated to the format but where are the manufacturers? Between Handheld PC Pro and Handheld PC 2000 they had a lot of manufacturers drop off. HP is still hanging in there with its 720 series but our company was looking at the 820 series only to find that HP has discontinued the line.

My personal thoughts are that MS is starting to snub the hand held PC because it knows that it could potentially be a competitor to the tablet PC when it eventually debuts.

I will be extremely surprised if MS releases another version of the Handheld PC.
