I have a problem that is making my dashboard application nearly unusable. I would really like to know if anyone else is having this problem or can repeat the problem.
I recently purchased the software and have installed in on my Jornada 568. I assigned the "home" button to the today screen, so if I hit the HP-home button my dashboard pops up. The problem is sometimes when I power the unit on, it locks up tight. If I deactivate dashboard, I cannot get my unit to lock up.
Here is some more information regarding my unit:
- The unit is setup such that it will only respond to the on/off button (no other buttons can turn it on)
- I have PI and gigabar loaded (but again, if I turn off dashboard, I cannot get repeat the lockup problem)
- When I turn it on, to test I have been using the buttons to switch between calendar, contacts, home and PI (PI is assigned to my tasks button)
Is anyone else having this problem? I can make the problem repeat, although it is random; however, it repeats very easily. Sometimes if I turn the unit off for 30 seconds, turning it back on locks it up.
So, can anyone please help me with this?
Thanks,
Dave Rosenthal
